This Privacy Policy explains how Loanmind, LLC (“Loanmind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of Loanmind.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit the Site or use our Loan Analysis Tools (the “Tools”).
a) Tool inputs. When you use a Tool, the figures you enter (such as loan amount, interest rate, income, or property value) are processed in your browser and/or by our servers solely to generate your calculation results and, where offered, a downloadable PDF report. We do not require an account to use the Tools, and we do not knowingly build a persistent profile of Tool inputs tied to your identity.
b) Contact form information. If you voluntarily submit a contact form, inquiry, or sponsorship request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message content.
c) Sponsorship / payment information. If you purchase a banner sponsorship, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation of payment and billing contact details) from Stripe, but we do not collect or store your full card number or banking credentials — those are handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
d) Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics, which automatically collects information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and general location (city/region level), typically through cookies or similar tracking technologies.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Tools and the Site;
- To generate the calculation results and reports you request;
- To respond to inquiries submitted through contact forms;
- To process and manage banner sponsorship purchases and billing, via Stripe;
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve site performance and content;
- To measure site traffic and usage patterns through Google Analytics.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money. Where analytics or advertising cookies constitute a "sale" or "share" of information under applicable state law (see Section 6), you have rights described below.
We use cookies through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality.
We share limited information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Site, including:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for Sponsor billing;
- Weebly (Square, Inc.) — website hosting and platform infrastructure;
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage measurement and traffic analytics.
Each of these providers processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not share contact form submissions or Tool inputs with third parties for their own independent marketing use.
Contact form and sponsorship inquiry information is retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and administer any sponsorship relationship. Tool inputs are not retained as identified personal profiles; aggregated or anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion of that information, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of certain tracking or "sharing" of information for cross-context advertising purposes (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in other states).
To exercise a privacy request, please contact us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for visitors located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
