The Site is owned and operated by Loanmind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Loanmind, LLC provides free, publicly accessible Loan Analysis Tools (the “Tools”) related to mortgage financing, refinancing, and related net-worth and cash-flow analysis. The Tools are intended for general informational and illustrative purposes only.
Loanmind, LLC is not a mortgage broker, lender, lending advisor, financial advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor. Loanmind, LLC does not originate, arrange, broker, or service loans, and does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. No advisor-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site or the Tools.
The Tools are made available to the general public, including individual consumers, real estate professionals, mortgage professionals, and other industry participants, for informational use. The Site does not currently offer user accounts, logins, or saved profiles. Any inputs you enter into a Tool are used only to generate on-screen or downloadable results during your session.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. The Site is not directed at, and should not be used by, children under 18.
The Tools produce estimates based on the assumptions and figures you enter. Results are illustrative only and may not reflect actual loan terms, actual tax outcomes, actual investment performance, or the terms any lender, broker, or advisor may ultimately offer you.

Your use of any output from the Tools is at your own risk, and Loanmind, LLC assumes no responsibility for decisions made in reliance on that output.
Loanmind, LLC may display sponsored banner advertisements from third-party businesses and professionals (“Sponsors”). Sponsorship placements are sold separately from, and are not a condition of, use of the free Tools by the general public.
Payments for sponsorship placements are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a sponsorship, a Sponsor agrees to Stripe’s applicable terms of service in addition to any separate sponsorship agreement or insertion order provided by Loanmind, LLC. Loanmind, LLC does not store full payment card details; such information is handled directly by Stripe.
Sponsorship content is provided by the Sponsor. Loanmind, LLC does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the accuracy, legality, or quality of any Sponsor's products, services, advertising claims, or licensing status. Interactions or transactions between you and any Sponsor are solely between you and that Sponsor.
All Tools, underlying methodologies, source code, design, text, graphics, and content on the Site are the property of Loanmind, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Tools or their underlying calculation methodology without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; (c) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data, Tool logic, or content from the Site without authorization; or (d) misrepresent Tool outputs as official loan terms, quotes, or professional advice to a third party.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Sponsor websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOANMIND, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loanmind, LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any Tool output in connection with a real financial transaction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
