10-Day Free Trial Participation Agreement
Loanmind Sponsorship Program
Invitation-Only — Effective September 25, 2026
This 10-Day Free Trial Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Loanmind, LLC ("Loanmind," "we," "us") and the individual or business submitting the 10-Day Free Trial Participation Form ("Participant," "you"), effective as of the date Loanmind receives Participant's completed form.
This trial gives Participant a no-cost, limited-time opportunity to experience the Loanmind Sponsorship Program firsthand before committing to a paid sponsorship. It is offered by invitation only and is not available through Loanmind's public sponsorship channel.
Each state and profession category has a limited number of Sponsor Box slots. Loanmind may extend this trial invitation to multiple prospective participants at the same time, and availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Receiving this invitation does not guarantee that a Sponsor Box will be available in Participant's state and profession category, and a box is not reserved until Loanmind receives Participant's completed 10-Day Free Trial Participation Form and confirms availability.
The trial period is ten (10) calendar days. "Day 0" is the date Participant's ad is uploaded to the reserved Sponsor Box and goes live on the Loanmind website, and the trial runs through 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Day 10.
To make the trial as easy as possible, Loanmind will typically create a 1080 × 1080 pixel ad on Participant's behalf and send it to Participant for review, along with a link to this Agreement. Alternatively, Participant may create its own ad using Loanmind's free Ad Builder and send it to Loanmind directly from that page. Participant may request changes to its ad at any time during the trial.
After reviewing this Agreement, Participant acknowledges it by submitting the 10-Day Free Trial Participation Form below. By submitting the form, Participant also confirms that it has reviewed and approves its ad for placement. Once Loanmind receives the form and confirms availability, Loanmind will upload Participant's ad to the reserved Sponsor Box within 24 hours.
During the trial, Loanmind will email or text Participant a copy of the Loanmind Sponsorship Agreement for review. To keep the ad in place beyond the trial, Participant must register under Loanmind's standard sponsorship process by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Day 10. Once registered, the ongoing placement is governed by the Sponsorship Agreement, including its payment terms. If Participant does not register by that deadline, the ad will be removed and the Sponsor Box released to the public or to the next interested party. No action is required to end the trial.
No payment is required or collected during the 10-day trial period. Placement during the trial is provided at no charge to Participant.
Participant is responsible for providing all creative materials for its Sponsor Box and represents that it owns or has the necessary rights to use that content, and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights. Where Loanmind creates the ad on Participant's behalf using Participant's name, logo, headshot, trademarks, or other materials (including materials from Participant's website), Participant grants Loanmind permission to use those materials for the ad and confirms that it has the right to authorize that use. Participant is responsible for reviewing its ad for accuracy before approving it. Participant is solely responsible for ensuring its business, advertising, and ad content comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements. Loanmind reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove, or request modification of any ad content it reasonably believes is false, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with Loanmind's brand.
Loanmind makes no representation or guarantee regarding the number of views, clicks, inquiries, leads, or any other business outcome that may result from Participant's trial placement.
This Agreement is a trial advertising arrangement only. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, referral relationship, agency, or employment relationship between Loanmind and Participant. Placement on the Loanmind website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or referral of Participant by Loanmind.
Loanmind may end the trial and remove Participant's Sponsor Box at any time, with or without cause, including for content that violates Section 8 or conduct that Loanmind reasonably believes harms its brand or users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loanmind's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement will not exceed $25.00. In no event will Loanmind be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from this Agreement or Participant's trial placement.
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Loanmind, its owner, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Participant's ad content, business practices, or breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the 10-day trial and supersedes any prior understandings related to the trial. Loanmind may update this Agreement from time to time.
By submitting the 10-Day Free Trial Participation Form, Participant acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
