Need to update your card, view an invoice, or manage your subscription? You're in full control — no need to email us for this.
Manage Billing →- Size: 1080 × 1080px preferred (800 × 800px minimum) — square corners to match square box
- Format: WebP preferred, but PNG, JPG, or just about anything else works — we'll convert it if needed
- Keep it legible: the box displays fairly small, so bold, larger text and simple layouts read best
For anything to do with your sponsorship — getting your ad live, changing it later, billing questions, or anything else — email us at [email protected]. It's the only address you'll ever need for this.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your name
- Your state and profession (which Sponsor Box this is for)
- Any ad-related info and supporting files (web links, headshot, logo, etc...)
You're never locked into one option — start with the Ad Builder or let us build you a quick first version, then switch to your own custom ad whenever you're ready. You can change your ad anytime during your sponsorship, just by emailing us.
Your box is reserved and your position is locked-in as of today — we'll be in touch at the email you signed up with as soon as your ad is ready to go live.
