Loanmind Sponsorship Agreement
Version 1 — Effective August 13, 2026
This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Loanmind, LLC ("Loanmind," "we," "us") and the individual or business identified in the sponsor reservation submission ("Sponsor," "you"), effective as of the date Sponsor completes payment for the sponsorship described below.
Loanmind grants Sponsor a non-exclusive advertising placement ("Sponsor Box") within the sponsorship section of the Loanmind website, associated with the specific state and profession category selected by Sponsor at the time of reservation. Placement is limited to the single state/profession combination reserved and paid for; it does not include placement in any other state or profession category.
Sponsor Boxes within a given state and profession category are ordered by seniority, based on each Sponsor's reservation date and time. Sponsors who have held their placement longer appear ahead of more recently reserved Sponsors. This ordering is especially relevant on mobile devices, where Sponsor Boxes display in a single column and position therefore affects visibility. If a Sponsor with higher seniority cancels or is removed, each remaining Sponsor in that category automatically moves up one position; Loanmind does not otherwise guarantee a Sponsor's position will remain fixed for the duration of the Agreement.
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues on a month-to-month basis. The sponsorship automatically renews each month and will continue until canceled by either party as described in Section 6.
- Sponsorship fee: $25.00 per month, billed automatically to the payment method provided at signup.
- Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Loanmind does not store or have access to Sponsor's full payment card details.
- Fees are billed in advance of each monthly period and are non-refundable, including for partial months, except as required by law.
- If a payment fails, Loanmind may suspend or remove the Sponsor Box until payment is successfully completed.
Sponsor is responsible for providing all creative materials (images, logos, links, and text) for its Sponsor Box ("Sponsor Content"). By submitting Sponsor Content, Sponsor represents and warrants that it owns or has the necessary rights to use the Sponsor Content and that the content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
Loanmind reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove, or request modification of any Sponsor Content that it reasonably believes is false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, or otherwise inconsistent with Loanmind's brand or applicable advertising regulations, including those specific to Sponsor's profession or industry.
Sponsor is solely responsible for ensuring that its business, advertising, and Sponsor Content comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including any licensing requirements applicable to Sponsor's profession. Loanmind does not verify Sponsor's licensing status on an ongoing basis and makes no representation regarding Sponsor's qualifications, licensure, or standing.
- Sponsor may cancel this Agreement at any time through the Stripe customer portal link provided, or by written notice (email) to Loanmind. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current monthly billing period; no partial-month refunds will be issued.
- Loanmind may suspend or terminate Sponsor's placement at any time, with or without cause, including for non-payment, violation of Section 4 or 5, or conduct that Loanmind reasonably believes harms its brand or users. Where practical, Loanmind will provide notice of removal for cause.
- Upon cancellation or termination, Sponsor's Sponsor Box will be removed and made available for reservation by other sponsors.
Loanmind makes no representation or guarantee regarding the number of views, clicks, inquiries, leads, or any other business outcome that may result from Sponsor's placement. Sponsorship fees are for advertising placement only and are not contingent on performance.
This Agreement is an advertising arrangement only. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, referral relationship, agency, or employment relationship between Loanmind and Sponsor. Sponsor's placement on the Loanmind website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or referral of Sponsor by Loanmind, and Loanmind's tools and calculators remain independent of any sponsor relationship.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loanmind's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by Sponsor to Loanmind in the three (3) months preceding the claim. In no event will Loanmind be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from this Agreement or Sponsor's placement.
Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Loanmind, its owner, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Sponsor Content, Sponsor's business practices, or Sponsor's breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
This Agreement, together with the reservation details submitted by Sponsor, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sponsorship placement and supersedes any prior understandings. Loanmind may update this Agreement from time to time; continued sponsorship following notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By completing payment for a Sponsor Box, Sponsor acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
