10-Day Free Trial Participation Agreement
Loanmind Sponsorship Program
Invitation-Only — Effective August 13, 2026
This 10-Day Free Trial Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Loanmind, LLC ("Loanmind," "we," "us") and the individual or business submitting the 10-Day Free Trial Participation Form ("Participant," "you"), effective as of the date Loanmind receives Participant's completed form.
This trial gives Participant a no-cost, limited-time opportunity to experience the Loanmind Sponsorship Program firsthand before committing to a paid sponsorship. It is offered by invitation only and is not available through Loanmind's public sponsorship channel.
Each state and profession category has a limited number of Sponsor Box slots. Loanmind may extend this trial invitation to multiple prospective participants at the same time, and availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Receiving this invitation does not guarantee that a Sponsor Box will be available in Participant's state and profession category, and a box is not reserved until Loanmind receives and confirms Participant's completed 10-Day Free Trial Participation Form.
The trial period is ten (10) calendar days. "Day 0" is the date Loanmind emails Participant confirming availability of the requested Sponsor Box and requesting a copy of Participant's banner ad, and the trial runs through the end of Day 10.
Upon receipt of the Participation Form, Loanmind will confirm availability of a Sponsor Box for Participant in the state and profession category discussed at the time of invitation. Loanmind will send Participant a welcome email confirming the reservation and requesting a copy of Participant's banner ad, along with specifications for the ad Participant should provide for placement in the box.
Once Participant provides ad creative meeting the specifications in the welcome email, Loanmind will upload it to Participant's reserved Sponsor Box within 24 hours of receipt.
The welcome email will also include a link to a separate form for officially locking in the Sponsor Box on an ongoing, paid basis. If Loanmind does not receive this form by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Day 10, the reserved box will be released and made available to the public or to the next interested party. Once Loanmind receives this form, Participant's sponsorship converts to Loanmind's standard sponsorship process, including receipt of a payment link and the standard Sponsorship Agreement governing that ongoing placement.
No payment is required or collected during the 10-day trial period. Placement during the trial is provided at no charge to Participant.
Participant is responsible for providing all creative materials for its Sponsor Box and represents that it owns or has the necessary rights to use that content, and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights. Participant is solely responsible for ensuring its business, advertising, and ad content comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements. Loanmind reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove, or request modification of any ad content it reasonably believes is false, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with Loanmind's brand.
Loanmind makes no representation or guarantee regarding the number of views, clicks, inquiries, leads, or any other business outcome that may result from Participant's trial placement.
This Agreement is a trial advertising arrangement only. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, referral relationship, agency, or employment relationship between Loanmind and Participant. Placement on the Loanmind website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or referral of Participant by Loanmind.
Loanmind may end the trial and remove Participant's Sponsor Box at any time, with or without cause, including for content that violates Section 8 or conduct that Loanmind reasonably believes harms its brand or users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loanmind's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement will not exceed $25.00. In no event will Loanmind be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from this Agreement or Participant's trial placement.
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Loanmind, its owner, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Participant's ad content, business practices, or breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the 10-day trial and supersedes any prior understandings related to the trial. Loanmind may update this Agreement from time to time.
By submitting the 10-Day Free Trial Participation Form, Participant acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
